NOVELTY - Device comprises separating column and protective column, where the separating column is filled with technetium adsorption packing, and the protective column is filled with molybdenum adsorption packing. USE - Device for separating molybdenum and technetium, particularly 99Mo and 99mTc, where nuclide 99mTc is used in single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) to diagnose tumors. ADVANTAGE - The device can effectively separate the molybdenum technetium, and has high separation speed and high separation efficiency.
