NOVELTY - A graphene modified hard alloy is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide or graphene oxide and carbon powder in water and/or organic solvent to form dispersion liquid; mixing nano tungsten powder, cobalt powder and/or nickel powder and chromium oxide powder to form hard alloy raw material; ball milling at 100-250 rpm for 12-96 hours, drying, granulating by adding 1-10 wt.% forming agent, pressing at 200-400 MPa and forming; degreasing at 300-450 degrees C and 0.5-2 degrees C/minute for more than 3 minutes; and inert gas sintering, vacuum sintering, or low-pressure sintering at 1300-1500 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing a graphene modified hard alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the rapid preparation of hard alloy product, and improves the production efficiency and hard alloy comprehensive performance. It is suitable for industrial production.
