▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Screening monoclonal antibody secreting cells based on fluorescent sensor comprises (i) mixing nano-graphene oxide with fluorescently labeled antigen, and ultra filtering to obtain NGO-FAg fluorescence sensor, and (ii) mixing monoclonal antibody hybridoma cells with the NGO-FAg fluorescent sensor of step (ii), and sorting strong fluorescent cells means screening out high-affinity monoclonal antibody secreting cells. USE - The method is useful in screening monoclonal antibody secreting cells based on fluorescent sensor (claimed).
