▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The display device (100) has multiple semiconductor light emitting elements that are positioned on a substrate. A graphene film is positioned on the semiconductor light emitting device. The graphene film is provided with a graphene layer having a plate shape and including structural defects. A diffusion preventing material is filled in the structural defect, and is made of silicon (Si) oxide and copper (Cu) oxide. The silicon graphene film and the silicon nitride layer are positioned between the semiconductor light emitting devices. An adhesive layer is laminated on the graphene film, and a polarizing film is laminated on the adhesive layer. USE - Display device using semiconductor Organic light emitting device, passive matrix (PM) type vertical semiconductor light emitting device and active matrix (AM) type semiconductor light emitting device. Uses include but are not limited to mobile phone, smart phone, laptop computer, terminal for digital broadcasting, personal digital assistants (PDA), portable multimedia player (PMP), navigation, and slate personal computer (PC), tablet PC, Ultra Book, digital TV, and desktop computer. ADVANTAGE - Since the graphene film serve as both an organic layer and an inorganic layer that are used as a protective layer of a conventional display device, the need to form an organic layer and an inorganic layer having a complicated structure for protecting the display device is avoided. Since the display device is provided to perform the waterproof function only with the graphene film, the need to form a separate layer for performing the waterproof function is avoided. Thus, the process for forming the protective layer of the display device is simplified. The diffusion-preventing material is provided to prevent moisture from penetrating into the display device or being oxidized when components of the display device are exposed to the outside atmosphere. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for repairing defect in graphene film. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the display device using a semiconductor light emitting device. Display device (100)
