▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing machine-washable electronic textile, involves (a) adding ice bath of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) in a co-solvent of isopropanol and deionized water and fixing MWCNTs on non-woven fabric (NWFs) at 0 degrees C to obtain a carbon nano-tube (CNTs)/NWFs sample, (b) washing the CNTs/NWF sample with deionized water and isopropanol in an bath with an output power of 50W, immersing NWF anchored on the MWCNTs in a graphene oxide aqueous solution for 15 minutes to obtain reduction graphene oxide (rGO)/CNT/NWF sample and using hydriodic acid to reduce graphene oxide in the GO/CNTs/NWF sample to rGO, so that GO/CNTs/NWF is converted to rGO/CNTs/NWF to obtain rGO/CNTs/NWF textile, and (c) using deionized water and isopropanol for ultrasonically washing the NWFs on the rGO/CNTs/NWF textile to remove the rGOs which have weak interaction with NWFs and drying at 60 degrees C to obtain a flexible wearable stress sensor sample based on the CNT/graphene composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing machine-washable electronic textile. ADVANTAGE - The textile has high strain sensitivity, high thermal conductivity, high machine washability and adhesion.
