NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength stainless steel collar involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain a dispersion, warming up the dispersion, adding dibutyltin dilaurate, modified isophorone diisocyanate and N,N-dimethylformamide, reacting at constant temperature, filtering with suction, washing and drying in vacuum to obtain intermediate powder, ultrasonically dispersing the intermediate powder in N,N-dimethylformamide, adding triphenylphosphine and hydroquinone and stirring, adding glycidyl tert-carbonate and N,N-dimethylformamide, and reacting at constant temperature, suction filtering, washing, and vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing high-strength stainless steel collar used for filling machine and to pharmacy, chemical industry, cosmetic industry and food industry. ADVANTAGE - The method provides product which has excellent hydrophobic property, good homogeneous structure, corrosion resistance, rigidity, hardness and friction resistance, improved hydrophobicity and anti-corrosion performance, bearing capacity and tightness degree of the modified oxidation graphene, and inhibits the internal dislocation movement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing high-strength stainless steel collar involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain a dispersion, warming up the dispersion, adding dibutyltin dilaurate, modified isophorone diisocyanate and N,N-dimethylformamide, reacting at constant temperature, filtering with suction, washing and drying in vacuum to obtain intermediate powder, ultrasonically dispersing the intermediate powder in N,N-dimethylformamide, adding triphenylphosphine and hydroquinone and stirring, adding glycidyl tertcarbonate and N,N-dimethylformamide, and reacting at constant temperature, suction filtering, washing, and vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene oxide. The zinc acetate dihydrate is added into absolute ethanol, heated and stirred to obtain a zinc source solution, ultrasonically dispersed the modified graphene oxide and lithium hydroxide monohydrate in absolute ethanol respectively to obtain a modified graphene oxide dispersion and a lithium hydroxide monohydrate dispersion, mixed the modified graphene oxide dispersion and lithium hydroxide monohydrate dispersion, added zinc source solution, heated for reaction, added n-hexane to cool and settle, centrifuged, filtered, and vacuum dried to obtain composite powder, ultrasonically dispersed the composite powder in ethylene glycol butyl ether, added epoxy resin and curing agent to obtain a coating. The stainless steel collar is pretreated, the paint is uniformly coated and dried to obtain a product.
