▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing full-carbon graphene aerogel, comprises (i) adjusting pH of graphene oxide aqueous solution to alkaline, refluxing, acidifying lower black viscous substrate and heating to reflux, cooling, high-speed centrifugal separation and water washing to obtain an aged graphene oxide dispersion to obtain mixed solution, mixing aged graphene oxide dispersion with an aqueous polymer solution, and adding glutaraldehyde , where the mass ratio of the aged graphene oxide and polymer in the polymer aqueous solution is 1:5-5:1 to graphene composite hydrogel, placing resulting mixed solution in a mold, introducing the mold into liquid nitrogen for directional freezing to completely freeze for 20-40 minutes, thawing to room temperature, adding a chemical reducing agent to heat reduction to obtain a graphene composite hydrogel, washing and drying graphene composite hydrogel, under high temperature heat treatment under the protection of inert atmosphere. USE - The method is useful for preparing a full carbon graphene aerogel. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel has good interlayer connection, rich internal pores, withstands thousands of compression-rebound cycle tests, super light weight, super elasticity and high conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing full-carbon graphene aerogel, comprises (i) adjusting pH to 9-12 of graphene oxide aqueous solution to alkaline, heating to reflux, using high-speed centrifugation to obtain lower layer of black viscous substrate, acidifying lower black viscous substrate and heating to reflux, cooling, high-speed centrifugal separation and water washing to obtain an aged graphene oxide dispersion with a concentration of 2-10 mg/ml to obtain mixed solution, uniformly mixing aged graphene oxide dispersion with an aqueous polymer solution of same concentration, and adding glutaraldehyde and heating to crosslink to obtain mixed solution, where the mass ratio of the aged graphene oxide and polymer in the polymer aqueous solution is 1:5-5:1 to graphene composite hydrogel, placing resulting mixed solution in a mold, introducing the mold into liquid nitrogen for directional freezing to completely freeze for 20-40 minutes, thawing to room temperature, adding a chemical reducing agent to heat reduction to obtain a graphene composite hydrogel, washing and drying graphene composite hydrogel, under high temperature heat treatment under the protection of inert atmosphere. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for full carbon graphene aerogel prepared by above method.
