NOVELTY - A graphene stripping device comprises a raw material dispersing tank, a high pressure spraying mechanism, and a grinding mechanism. The raw material dispersing tank is provided with a stirrer and feeding port. The high pressure spraying mechanism comprises a spraying gun and high pressure conveying pump. The grinding mechanism comprises a machine shell, a spreading roller, grinding roller, inner housing, outer housing, and driving mechanism for driving spreading roller and grinding roller to do reverse rotation. USE - Graphene stripping device. ADVANTAGE - The device can realize fast orientation array of graphene piece which is parallel to cutting direction to obtain large area without defect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene stripping device comprises a raw material dispersing tank, a high pressure spraying mechanism, and a grinding mechanism. The raw material dispersing tank is provided with a stirrer and feeding port. The high pressure spraying mechanism comprises a spraying gun and high pressure conveying pump. The feeding port of the raw material dispersing tank is connected with the spray gun via the high pressure conveying pump. The grinding mechanism comprises a machine shell, a spreading roller, grinding roller, inner housing, outer housing, and driving mechanism for driving spreading roller and grinding roller to do reverse rotation. The rotational direction of the inner housing and the grinding roll is along the rotational direction of the spreading roller. A graphene gap is provided between the spreading roller and the grinding roller. The spreading roller has smooth surface. The grinding roller has surface distributed with hard brush or shearing blades. The spray gun extends along tangent direction of spreading roller.
