NOVELTY - Nano-silver odor-removing formaldehyde composition comprises a loaded aerogel surface doped with nitrogen. USE - Used as nano-silver odor-removing formaldehyde composition. ADVANTAGE - The composition: application method is simple to operate and does not directly perform reduction functional treatment on graphene oxide and cross-link each other to form a skeleton; forms hydrogen bonding with the hydroxy and carboxy groups on the surface of graphene oxide, so that it is adsorbed on the surface of graphene oxide; has excellent formaldehyde removal effect; and preparation method is economical which is less affected by water vapor thus can be applied to a high humidity environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nano-silver odor-removing formaldehyde composition, comprising (i) taking graphene oxide and deionized water, mixing, stirring for 30-40 minutes, adding chitosan, adjusting the pH to 6-7, stirring for 10-12 hours, heating up to 170-180 degrees C, reacting hydrothermally for 10-12 hours, adding polyvinyl alcohol solution, heating in 80-90 degrees C oil bath, stirring for 30-40 minutes, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 40-50 minutes, pre-cooling at 0 degrees C and carrying out two-way freezing, and low-temperature vacuum drying to obtain aerogel; (ii) taking the aerogel prepared in step (i), placing it in a mixed acid solution, activating for 4-5 hours, washing with deionized water to neutral and drying under vacuum at 80-85 degrees C; (iii) taking the aerogel treated in step (ii), placing it in a glycol solution, dispersing ultrasonically for 30-40 minutes, adding silver nitrate solution, stirring continuously for 1-2 hours, reacting for 1-1.5 hours under the oil bath condition of 110-120 degrees C, cooling to room temperature and washing with deionized water to obtain a loaded aerogel; and (iv) taking the loaded aerogel, placing it in a tube furnace, heating it up to 300 degrees C at constant temperature treatment for 2-2.2 hours, passing hydrogen gas and nitrogen mixed gas, carrying out constant temperature treatment, heating up to 600-650 degrees C, passing in nitrogen gas, treating for 10-15 minutes, passing in ammonia gas, processing continuously for 3-4 hours, cooling down to 100-150 degrees C, re-injecting nitrogen gas and cooling to room temperature.
