NOVELTY - Processing graphene particle comprises (i) extruding and cutting the graphene raw material using the forming mold, and forming graphene particles, (ii) heating and drying the formed graphene particles by using the drying device, (iii) placing the dried into the crushing feeding material, crushing and feeding material, where crushing device feeding material comprises a base, the surface of the driving rod is fixed with a cam of the bottom of the shaking plate, and the top part of the inner wall of the sieving box, the feeding frame is fixed with a rotating plate (84), the inner wall of the piston cylinder (81) is slidingly installed with a piston, the surface of the piston is fixed with a push-pull rod (86) passing through the outer part of the piston cylinder, and the surface of the rotating plate is rotatably connected with a pulling strip (87), the top of the inner wall of the sieving box is rotated with a shaking plate. USE - The method is useful for processing graphene particle. ADVANTAGE - The method: is convenient to use air pressure to extrude the powder outlet pipe, so that the powder outlet pipe is formed with unstable air flow; prevents the powder outlet pipe from blocking; can perform multi-point airflow extrusion; does not need to drive the powder outlet pipe to vibrate and dredge; can blow and screen the graphene powder, once sieving to obtain the graphene powder of various different particle sizes.
