▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing nylon 6-graphene composition, comprises e.g. adding expanded graphite into concentrated sulfuric acid, and oxidant, placing expansion graphite little oxide into de-ionized water, and adding surfactant, carrying out ultrasonic, obtaining graphene solution, then taking different amounts of graphene solution, centrifugally removing the supernatant liquid, the dispersing the obtained lower layer of graphene through shearing action again dispersing in ethanol, adding nylon-6 powder into the product, and stirring, to obtain the composition powder. USE - The method is useful for preparing nylon 6-graphene composition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent electrical conductivity and thermodynamic properties. The method is simple process, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nylon 6-graphene composition, comprises (i) adding 1-3 g expanded graphite into 200-600 ml concentrated sulfuric acid, and 1-3 g oxidant; (ii) placing expansion graphite little oxide obtained in the step (i) into 200-600 ml de-ionized water, and adding 1-3 g surfactant, carrying out ultrasonic, obtaining graphene solution, then taking different amounts of graphene solution, centrifugally removing the supernatant liquid, the dispersing the obtained lower layer of graphene through shearing action again dispersing in 50-100 ml ethanol; and (iii) adding 15-30 g nylon-6 powder into the product obtained in step (ii), stirring for 2 hours, to obtain the composition powder, and then introducing composition screen for filtering, finally drying under 80 degrees C, for 8-10 hours, to obtain the composition powder, and molding at 200-220 degrees C, obtaining nylon 6-graphite composition complex, graphene content of whole nylon 6-graphene complex is 0.5-5%.
