NOVELTY - Preparing flexible sensor with multiple sensitivity comprises (1) pouring prepolymer mixture of the shape memory polymer in mold, and completely curing the curing system to obtain the shape memory polymer substrate, and (2) loading conductive coating on surface of the shape memory polymer substrate, and obtaining flexible sensor after packaging and connecting with circuit. The shape memory polymer substrate is provided with first shape memory polymer substrate and second shape memory polymer substrate. The second shape memory polymer substrate is provided with third shape memory polymer substrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing flexible sensor with multiple sensitivity. ADVANTAGE - The method: combines shape memory characteristic of the shape memory polymer and function of sensing deformation of the sensing coating so as to obtain flexible sensor with controllable sensitivity, adjustable characteristic and better reversibility; and solves problem of single sensitivity and limited use range of the sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for sensitivity control method of flexible sensor prepared by above preparation method.
