▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene high-conductivity ink comprises 0.1-40% graphene dispersion, 10-60% resin mixture and 5-30% solvent, where the graphene dispersion comprises graphene powder, graphite nano-sheet, high carbon black, dispersant and solvent, the resin mixture is a mixture of a base resin and a curing agent, the base resin is mixture of an aqueous epoxy resin, an aqueous acrylic resin, an aqueous alkyd resin and an aqueous saturated polyester resin, the curing agent is a mixture of an aqueous amino resin or a modified amine latent curing agent, and the mass ratio of the base resin to the curing agent is 1-10:1. USE - Used as aqueous graphene high-conductivity ink. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the ink, comprising (i) adding graphene powder and graphene nano-sheets and mixing auxiliary agent to water or solvent, grinding dispersion at a first rotational speed, adding high carbon black to obtain a composite graphene conductive raw slurry having a particle diameter of less than or equal to 5 mu m, where the second rotational speed is greater than the first rotational speed, and (ii) stirring and dispersing the aqueous resin mixture and the mixing auxiliary agent, adding a pH adjuster to adjust the pH to 8-9 to obtain an aqueous resin base, (iii) stirring and dispersing the composite graphene conductive raw slurry, the aqueous resin base prepared and the coupling agent to obtain an aqueous graphene conductive crude slurry, and (iv) grinding the aqueous graphene conductive crude slurry prepared on a grinder.
