NOVELTY - A tin dioxide/nickel oxide/graphene ternary composite material comprises nano tin dioxide, nano nickel oxide and porous graphene. USE - Tin dioxide/nickel oxide/graphene ternary composite material used as gas-sensitive material in gas sensing device for detection of nitrogen dioxide (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The invention overcomes the defects of low gas-sensitive response and high working temperature of single graphene and metal oxide gas sensor, it realizes high response room temperature detection of nitrogen dioxide, the design of the multi-element composite material, and has good guiding effect.
