NOVELTY - Nano/polyethylene wax composite modified graphene coating comprises 30-50 pts. wt. graphene, 22-35 pts. wt. pre-dispersed oxidized polyethylene wax slurry, 18-30 pts. wt. nano-zinc/silicon composite sol, 13-28 pts. wt. solvent A, 0.1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-0.3 pts. wt. curing agent, and 0-25 pts. wt. epoxy resin. The pre-dispersed oxidized polyethylene wax slurry comprises 20-32 pts. wt. oxidized polyethylene wax, 20-25 pts. wt. aqueous amino resin, 3-10 pts. wt. filler, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. cosolvent, and 5-8 pts. wt. solvent B. USE - The nano/polyethylene wax composite modified graphene coating is used for corrosion engineering of soaking environment, including automotive, industrial, and household applications. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has relatively good performance, the material state is good, the impact resistance can reach 65kg/cm1, the flexibility is 1 mm and has excellent water resistance, 200 d without rusting, cracking, and falling off, and the hardness is 4H, which is very suitable for anti-corrosion engineering in water-immersed environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nano/polyethylene wax composite modified graphene coating, comprising (S1) mixing graphene, pre-dispersed oxidized polyethylene wax slurry, epoxy resin and solvent A, and shearing at a speed of 6000-10000 revolutions/minute to obtain a mixture, and (S2) adding nano-zinc/silicon composite sol, leveling agent and curing agent to the mixture, and stirring at 110-150degreesC for 30-120 minutes to obtain nano/polyethylene wax composite modified graphene coating.
