▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A surface-modified graphene polymer matrix pressure-resistant composite material comprises (in volume%) grafted and surface modified conductive filler (0.96-1.43), and remainder of polymer matrix. The polymer matrix is room-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber with terminal hydroxyl group. USE - Surface-modified graphene polymer matrix pressure-resistant composite material. ADVANTAGE - The surface-modified graphene polymer matrix pressure-resistant composite material has high pressure resistance, repeatability, piezoresistive sensitivity, and seepage threshold. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of surface-modified graphene polymer matrix pressure-resistant composite material. Predetermined amount of graphite oxide is dispersed in water, and pH value of solution is adjusted to 8 using aqueous ammonia, to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid (5 mg/mL). Ethanol solution and graphene oxide dispersion liquid in volume ratio of 1:2 are mixed, heated to 90 degrees C for 20 hours, then hydrazine hydrate is added to the mixed solution, and continuously heated and reacting at 90 degrees C for 4 hours, to obtain alkylated modified graphene. The obtained graphene is mixed with xylene solution administered and ultrasonically-treated for 2 hours. Then, 2 g of silicone rubber is mixed with 0-10 mL of dimethylbenzene solvent to obtain silicone rubber dispersion liquid which is then added to graphene dispersion liquid, mixed, dried and solidified. Then, ethyl orthosilicate is added to the obtained product and stirred uniformly at room temperature for 12 hours under the pressure of 15 MPa, to obtain modified graphene/silicone rubber composite material.
