▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A pipe joint protection anticorrosive material comprises a protective anticorrosive material layer that is composed of a graphene-modified epoxy resin conductive primer layer, a graphene-polyethylene conductive heat shrinkable belt and a graphene photocurable conductive protective layer from inside to outside. The protection anticorrosive material is prepared by (1) preparing graphene-modified epoxy resin conductive primer layer by using epoxy resin as a main film-forming material, modifying with graphene to coat a film having thickness of 120-140 mu m, (2) drying primer layer, winding with graphene-polyethylene conductive heat shrinkable belt having thickness of 0.7-1.4 mm and width of 400 mm, where the joint width is greater than 100 mm at joint with pipeline joint, and (3) preparing graphene photocurable conductive protective layer using raw materials, where the thickness of coating is 120-140 mu m, and the joint width is greater than 100 mm at joint with pipeline joint. USE - Pipe joint protection anticorrosive material. ADVANTAGE - The pipe joint protection anticorrosive material has excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, and reduced shielding effect on the cathodic protection current. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The primer layer comprises 40-60 %mass epoxy resin, 20-40 %mass diluent, 0.1-5 %mass graphite, 2-8 %mass additive, 0.2-5 %mass coupling agent, and 1-2 %mass adhesion promoter. The graphene-polyethylene conductive heat shrinkable belt comprises 1-10 %mass graphene and 80-95 %mass polyethylene. The raw materials in the step (3) comprise 40-60 %mass resin, 20-40 %mass diluent, 0.1-5 %mass graphite, 2-6 %mass photoinitiator, 1-2 %mass adhesion promoter, and 2-5 %mass additive.
