▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing porous elastic conductive fiber with core-sheath structure comprises (i) adding conductive nano material into the water, and adding surface modified agent under stirring process to obtain aqueous conductive filler slurry, (ii) adding the conductive filler slurry into polymer slurry, stirring and mixing to obtain mixed slurry, (iii) sucking the prepared mixed slurry into the injection pump, extruding into the coagulation bath from the coaxial needle, where the axis is metal wire, the skin layer is mixed slurry, and forming coaxial fiber with core sheath structure, (iv) cleaning the surface of the obtained coaxial fiber with core sheath structure in the deionized water, and (v) freezing and drying the cleaned coaxial fiber to obtain porous elastic conductive fiber with core sheath structure. USE - The porous elastic conductive fiber with a core-sheath structure is useful in stress-strain flexible sensors for sensing component of wear-resistant sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and reliable, has strong operability, effectively avoids use of organic solvents, and reduces pollution. The fiber is porous, has good electrical conductivity, compressive rebound, high compressibility, fast rebound and controllable thickness, and has core layer with metal wire as an electrode and connected to the circuit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for porous elastic conductive fiber with a core-sheath structure.
