NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining a graphite film. Graphene powder is mixed with silicon carbide silicon nano-granule that is dissolved in anhydrous ethanol. Ultrasonically stirring process is performed for 30-60 min to obtain mix solution that is heated at 50 to 70 degrees centigrade. The mix solution is added with a modifier and dried at 50-80 degrees centigrade. A polyimide composite film is formed by raw material. Carbide of a carbide furnace is placed in a graphitizing furnace. A carbonized and graphitized process is completed. USE - High heat conducting graphite film preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing defect during carbide production process due to a structure of a graphene sheet, increasing degree of graphitization so as to improve quality of graphite film material.
