▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene electrode is prepared by mixing graphene oxide solution and ionic liquid, applying to glassy carbon electrode surface, roasting under infrared lamp heating, cooling to room temperature, performing cyclic voltammetry in polymerizable monomer/sulfuric acid solution, drying, and performing low-temperature plasma atmosphere processing in which graphene oxide solution is prepared by mixing graphene oxide:solvent with mass-to-volume ratio of 1 mg:1-3.3 ml, and volume ratio graphene oxide solution:ionic liquid is 1 ml:0.8-6 mu l. USE - Preparation of graphene electrode for electrochemical detection of mixed purine components e.g. adenine, hypoxanthine, and xanthine. ADVANTAGE - Graphene electrode has high sensitivity, low detection limit, and stable performance, and preparation is simple and low-cost and uses less material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a graph of the electrochemical test curve of purine and phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) mixed solution. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
