▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing a metal monatomic doped graphene, involves dispersing graphene and potassium hydroxide in a solvent, stirring, drying and grinding to obtain graphene/potassium hydroxide powder, heat-treating the potassium hydroxide powder and the metal salt in a protective gas to obtain a metal monatomic doped graphene precursor, placing the metal salt in a first temperature region for the first heat treatment, placing the graphene/potassium hydroxide powder in a second temperature region for a second heat treatment, connecting the first temperature region and the second temperature region with each other, and treating the metal monoatomic doped graphene precursor with an acid solution to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing metal monatomic doped graphene.
