▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-doped fiber toughened silicon carbide composite material involves providing carbon fiber preform, using polycarbosilane as precursor, adopting precursor impregnation and cracking method to make carbon fiber preform into porous silicon carbide matrix. The porous silicon carbide substrate is immersed in metal salt solution, and metal particles are adsorbed on the inner and outer surfaces of the substrate through sintering and reduction. The graphene is growed on the metal particles of the material obtained by using chemical deposition method, repeated to obtain graphene-doped fiber-toughened silicon carbide composite material. USE - Method for preparing graphene-doped fiber toughened silicon carbide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-doped fiber toughened silicon carbide composite material that solves problem of graphene agglomeration when using graphene powder directly.
