▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of ultra-high density cobalt oxide/porous graphene nano composite cathode material involves mixing graphene oxide and strong oxidizing agent, ultrasonically treating, such that several nanopores are uniformly formed on surface of graphene with active sites, mixing porous graphene as carrier with cobalt salt and urea, growing ultra-high density cobalt oxide nanoparticles on surface of the porous graphene by low-temperature hydrothermal reaction, heating resultant solid product under atmospheric conditions, and performing reduction process in a tubular furnace in inert gas. USE - Preparation of ultra-high density cobalt oxide/porous graphene nano composite cathode material (claimed) used for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of ultra-high density cobalt oxide/porous graphene nano composite cathode material. The adverse effects such as drop in coulombic efficiency and tilt of charging/discharging cycle characteristics due to addition of excess of graphene can be prevented. The graphene can effectively improve conductivity insufficiency of cobalt oxide. The lithium ion battery using the ultra-high density cobalt oxide/porous graphene nano composite cathode material has high electrochemical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for ultra-high-density cobalt oxide/porous graphene nano composite cathode material. The average particle size of cobalt oxide particles is 5-10 nm, and the usage amount of cobalt oxide is 92% or more.
