NOVELTY - High heat conductive composite silicone grease, comprises 0.5-5 wt.% graphene and 95-99.5 wt.% heat conductive silicone grease. USE - The composite silicone grease is useful for preparing radiator part in computer CPU, solar energy plate and other high-power electrical elements. ADVANTAGE - The method has increased crude silicone grease rate to 7-60%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high heat conductive composite silicone grease, comprising: (i) adding graphene and heat conductive silicone grease; (ii) adding obtained step (i) graphene into ethanol solvent, crushing using ultrasonic wave crushing machine at 10-60 degrees C, ultrasonically dispersing for 0.5-30 minutes, transferring into magnetic stirrer, stirring magnetically at 10-60 degrees c for 0.5-2 hours to obtain suspension; and (iii) mixing obtained step (ii) suspension and step (i) heat conductive silicone grease, placing in magnetic stirrer at 40-90 degrees C, mechanically stirring for 2-5 hours, placing in oven, drying at 50-95 degrees C for 2.5-5 hours to obtain high heat conductive composite silicone grease.
