NOVELTY - A full-solid state flexible micro super capacitor is manufactured by utilizing graphene quantum dots and cobalt hydroxide composite material as anode, mixing graphene quantum dots powder, cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, potassium chloride and water uniformly, taking the mixed solution as electrolyte, and inserting nanometer gold wire into the electrolyte as a working electrode by carrying out constant current deposition. USE - Full-solid state flexible micro super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The capacitor has better conductivity and high energy density and capacity.
