NOVELTY - A nanoparticle three-dimensional graphene composite material comprises nanoparticle substrate, three-dimensional graphene and multiple nanoparticle/nanowire active material and/or nanofilm attached to three-dimensional graphene. USE - Nanoparticle three-dimensional graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has fully combined advantages of various sizes of nanomaterials and avoids shortcomings of each material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite material comprising surface modifying three-dimensional graphene by physical or chemical process to cause defects such as vacancies and edges, doping atoms on three-dimensional graphene surface, and covalently linking functional group and/or covalently linking polymer monomer or polymer oligomer.
