NOVELTY - Aqueous epoxy floor paint comprises component A and B in ratio of 1: 2, where component A comprises 40-45 pts. wt. aqueous based epoxy resin curing agent, 60-70 pts. wt. water, 3-5 pts. wt. preservative, 1-5 pts. wt. superfine light calcium carbonate powder and 3-10 pts. wt. antistatic agent and the component B comprises 30-40 pts. wt. waterborne modified epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. waterborne hyperbranched resin, 10-15 pts. wt. superfine light calcium carbonate powder, 5-10 pts. wt. modified filler, 5-8 pts. wt. linseed oil, 4-10 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. preservative, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-5 pts. wt. wetting agent, 4-10 pts. wt. surfactant, 1-9 pts. wt. active diluent, 4-8 pts. wt. surface modifying agent, 2-10 pts. wt. epoxy curing agent, 3-9 pts. wt. aqueous antifoaming agent. USE - Used as aqueous epoxy floor paint. ADVANTAGE - The paint has high corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Aqueous epoxy floor paint comprises component A and B in ratio of 1: 2, where component A comprises 40-45 pts. wt. aqueous based epoxy resin curing agent, 60-70 pts. wt. water, 3-5 pts. wt. preservative, 1-5 pts. wt. superfine light calcium carbonate powder and 3-10 pts. wt. antistatic agent and the component B comprises 30-40 pts. wt. waterborne modified epoxy resin, 10-20 pts. wt. waterborne hyperbranched resin, 10-15 pts. wt. superfine light calcium carbonate powder, 5-10 pts. wt. modified filler, 5-8 pts. wt. linseed oil, 4-10 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. preservative, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-5 pts. wt. wetting agent, 4-10 pts. wt. surfactant, 1-9 pts. wt. active diluent, 4-8 pts. wt. surface modifying agent, 2-10 pts. wt. epoxy curing agent, 3-9 pts. wt. aqueous antifoaming agent, 1-6 pts. wt. flatting agent, 4-12 pts. wt. kaolin, 2-8 pts. wt. cardanol formaldehyde polycondensate, 1-2 pts. wt. diethylenetriamine, 0.5-1 pts. wt. formaldehyde and 60-70 pts. wt. pure water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous epoxy floor paint, comprises (i) adding aqueous epoxy resin curing agent, water, superfine light calcium carbonate powder into the reaction kettle at normal temperature, stirring uniformly at the rotating speed of 100-300 revolutions/minute, heating for 90-120 minutes, and continuously stirring for 10-15 -15 minutes, adding the anti-static agent and preservative, continuously stirring to obtain the component A, performing single vacuum packaging process; (ii) firstly adding 75 % of cardanol xylene solution and formaldehyde to the stirrer, thermometer and reflux condenser of three-mouth flask, stirring and heating to 80-90 degrees Celsius, reacting for 50 minutes, gradually adding calculated amount of diethylenetriamine, heating and refluxing for 20-25 minutes, separating the water, stopping the reaction to room temperature to obtain cardanol formaldehyde divinyl triamine; (iii) adding the aqueous modified epoxy resin, aqueous hyperbranched resin, superfine light calcium carbonate powder, modified filler, flax oleic acid, graphene, dispersant, wetting agent, surfactant, active diluent, surface modifying agent, epoxy curing agent, aqueous antifoaming agent, flatting agent, kaolin and pure water into the reaction kettle at normal temperature, stirring uniformly at the rotating speed of 500-800 revolutions/minute, heating to 90-20 degrees Celsius and continuously stirring for 10-15 -15 minutes, adding preservative and cardanol formal diethylenetriamine, continuously stirring to obtain the component B and carrying out single vacuum packaging treatment to obtain the product.
