▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene/carbon fiber reinforced nylon 66 composition comprises 40-70 pts. wt. nylon 66 resin, 4-8 pts. wt. expandable graphite, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. amphiphilic pyrene grafts, 0.01-0.02 pts. wt. ferrimagnetic magnetite (Fe3O4) modified by oleylamine, 5-25 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene resin, 10-40 pts. wt. carbon fiber, and 0.01-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - The graphene/carbon fiber reinforced nylon 66 composition is useful for manufacturing a bending-resistant component, which is useful in automobile industry, electronic and electrical appliance industry, mechanical device and building industry. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/carbon fiber reinforced nylon 66 composition has high bending strength, high bending modulus, and excellent bending resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparation method of graphene/carbon fiber reinforced nylon 66 composition, comprising (1) preparing graphene, expandable graphite and amphiphilic pyrene grafts, placing oleylamine-modified ferrimagnetic magnetite in a mixed solvent with a certain ratio of water/methanol for ultrasonic oscillation, centrifuging, where the supernatant is the dispersed graphene solution, adding the supernatant into an oven for drying to obtain powdered graphene, washing the lower precipitate, centrifuging with deionized water for many times, and drying to obtain ferrimagnetic magnetite and self-assembly of amphiphilic pyrene grafts, (2) mixing the nylon 66 resin with the graphene powder and self-assembly, and grinding in a grinder, and (3) adding the uniformly mixed particles of nylon 66/graphene, adding polytetrafluoroethylene resin and additives into double-screw extruder for melting and mixing, introducing the carbon fiber into the resin system from the opening in the middle of the double-screw extruder, shearing and crushing the carbon fiber in the double-screw extruder, extruding with the resin, and pelletizing to obtain the graphene/carbon fiber reinforced nylon 66 composition.
