▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A sulfur doped reduced graphene oxide comprises sulfur and reduced graphene oxide. The sulfur doped reduced graphene oxide has a D peak/G peak intensity ratio obtained by Raman analysis of 1.03-1.30. USE - Sulfur doped reduced graphene oxide used for polyimide nanocomposite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sulfur doped reduced graphene oxide provides polyimide nanocomposite and film having excellent gas diffusion barrier properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) production of sulfur-doped reduced graphene oxide, which involves preparing a mixture of sulfur and graphene oxide by adding sulfur to graphene oxide, heat-treating the mixture to convert sulfur to molten sulfur, y stirring the reaction mixture, and removing sulfur from the stirred product; and (2) polyimide nanocomposite, which comprises sulfur doped reduced graphene oxide and polyimide.
