▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Organic NIR-II light-to-heat conversion film comprises hydrogen bond aggregation formed by the hydrogen bond interaction between 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine oxide and agarose. USE - The film is useful in tumor photo-thermal treatment material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has good uniformity, stable property, excellent NIR-II photo-thermal conversion efficiency and initial heating rate of 30 degrees C/second. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing an organic NIR-II light-to-heat conversion film, comprising (a) carrying out oxidation reaction of the mother liquor of 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine in the presence of nano-enzyme catalysis and buffer to obtain nano-enzyme/3,3',5 ,5'-Tetramethylbenzidine oxide composite solution, (b) mixing and heating the nanozyme/3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine oxide composite solution with agarose to obtain a sol, and (c) cooling the sol to obtain a first hydrogel, and the first hydrogel continues to undergo a catalytic oxidation reaction to obtain a second hydrogel and drying the second hydrogel.
