▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The stretchable electronic device (100) has a flexible substrate (10). A conductive fiber pattern (12) of repetitive circular structure is formed on the flexible substrate. A graphene material is attached to the conductive fiber pattern. The conductive fiber pattern includes a polymer material and a metallic material. USE - Stretchable electronic device, such as biochemical sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Enables fabricating the stretchable electronic device having an inter-connection electrode structure that can be freely bent or stretched, by having the conductive fiber pattern having excellent conductivity and stretchability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method of fabricating a stretchable electronic device.
