NOVELTY - Film is obtained by curing and forming by coating with an emulsion comprising 55-60 parts mass hydroxyl-containing water-based fluororesin, 3-5 parts mass sodium silicate, 0.5-1 part mass water-soluble alkali, 15-20 parts mass water-based isocyanate curing agent, 2-3 parts mass water-based phosphate ester, 3-5 parts mass modified graphene oxide, 0.5-0.8 part mass antioxidant, 0.3-0.7 part mass UV absorber, 0.7-1.5 part mass flame retardant, 0.2-0.5 part mass alcohol, and 55-65 parts mass water. USE - As film. ADVANTAGE - The film greatly improves adhesion, has excellent weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the film comprising (a) mixing the hydroxyl-containing water-based fluororesin, sodium silicate, and water-soluble alkali and stirring evenly, mixing the water-based isocyanate curing agent and the water-based phosphate ester and stirring evenly, mixing and stirring the modified graphene oxide, antioxidant, UV absorber, flame retardant and alcohol evenly, mixing the three mixtures together and stirring, (b) adding water in the final mixture in step (a), stirring and be warming up to 75-85degrees Celsius of reaction to form emulsion, and (c) washing with acid on the surface to be coated of the steel substrate, coating the emulsion to a thickness on the washed surface, and drying.
