NOVELTY - The felt has a base cloth (1) whose upper and lower surfaces are provided with a filter layer (2) and a protective layer (3). The outer sides of the two groups of the filter layer are connected with the protective layer. The base cloth, the filter sheet and the protective sheet are connected by a needling. The upper and the lower surfaces of the base cloth and the filter sheets are filled with nano fibers(4). The outside of filter layer and protective layer is filled with nanofibers, and the outer side of filter sheet is provided with polyester fibers and graphene strips. The polyester fiber is wound into a textile ring, and the textile ring is arranged with multiple rows. The graphene strips are arranged in a cross-shape, and are staggered through textile ring for weaving. The bottom cloth is composed of multiple groups of stretch-proof fibers, and multiple groups are woven in a staggered way. USE - Composite structure filter felt for household vacuum cleaner air purifier and atmosphere purifying device. Uses include but are not limited to glass fiber needle punched felt, Terylene (RTM: Polyethylene terephthalate) needle filter felt, various filter felt according to the raw material and different manufacturing process. ADVANTAGE - The composite structure filter felt has filtering function of chemical fiber filtering material, and also has the purifying function of graphite, the filtering effect is better, it is matched with the filling of the nanometer micro-bead, further improving the filtering efficiency of the filtering material.
