NOVELTY - Silane nano-graphene ceramic film comprises 3-5 pts. wt. film forming agent, 2-4 pts. wt. oxidizing agent, 1-2 pts. wt. complexing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. wetting agent, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene and water, where coupling agent is silane coupling agent. USE - Used as silane nano-graphene ceramic film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of silane nano-graphene ceramic film comprises (i) adding complexing agent into water, stirring, (ii) adding film-forming agent into liquid obtained in step (i), and stirring, (iii) adding coupling agent liquid obtained in step (ii), and stirring, and maintain the pH to 3.5-4.5, (iv) adding wetting agent liquid obtained in step (ii), and stirring, and (v) dropping the temperature of the liquid obtained in step (iv) to 40 degrees C, and then carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, and then adding graphene to obtain final product.
