▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene-ceramic heat dissipation material with improved electrical insulation and resin miscibility, comprises (a) preparing a first dispersion solution by dispersing the graphene interlayer material in an aqueous solvent, (b) preparing a second dispersion solution in which graphene nano platelets are dispersed by introducing the first dispersion solution into a Taylor induction reactor, (c) preparing a third dispersion solution by adding a ceramic heat-dissipating filler to an aqueous solvent, grinding and dispersing, and (d) preparing a fourth dispersion solution by adding a third dispersion solution to the second dispersion solution and then stirring. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene-ceramic heat dissipation material. ADVANTAGE - The method can secure electrical insulation while maintaining excellent thermal conductivity of graphene, can apply graphene-ceramic material in various ways to heat dissipation materials requiring electrical insulation, can improve product production efficiency or product applicability by improving miscibility with resins included in the heat dissipation material itself due to graphene's unique high specific surface area and low compaction density, and can provide a heat dissipation material having equal-direction thermal conductivity by eliminating the difference in thermal conductivity between the horizontal and vertical directions of the flat material.
