NOVELTY - Heat-resistant and impact-resistant modified polypropylene (MPP) power tube has a tube body (1). The tube body has an outer tube (2) and an inner tube (3). A filling cavity (8) is arranged between outer tube and inner tube. The inside of filling cavity is filled with a thermally conductive and pressure-resistant material. The outer surface of the outer tube is covered with a steel mesh layer (4). Compression bars (10) are equidistantly distributed on outer surface of steel mesh layer. A groove (11) is provided on outer surface of steel mesh layer between the two anti-compression strips. Heat conducting plates (9) are equidistantly arranged on outer side of center tube. A compartment (12) is formed on inner side of the inner tube between every two heat conducting plates. Groups of first rolling balls (6) are equidistantly arranged on inner side of inner tube in compartment. The surface of center tube is annular and equidistantly arranged with multiple sets of second rolling balls (7). USE - As heat-resistant and impact-resistant MPP power tube. ADVANTAGE - The MPP power pipe has strong thermal conductivity and excellent compression resistance, is suitable to be placed separately for power cables, avoids the friction between the power cable and the inner wall of the pipe when the traditional MPP pipe is threaded, which causes the problem of laborious threading and slow speed, and is convenient for later cable replacement and maintenance.
