NOVELTY - Graphene colloid is added to epoxy resin matrix, and the obtained dispersion us subjected to two-phase solvent extraction method, such that graphene dissolves in epoxy resin. The ethanol solvent is then separated, and graphene/epoxy resin mixture is placed in a vacuum oven, dried for 3-6 days and emulsified. The obtained material is subjected to ultrasonic treatment for 20-40 minutes, uniformly disperse and curing agent is added. The obtained mixture is placed in an oven, preheated at 60 degrees C for 2 hours and stirred to obtain graphene-reinforced epoxy resin adhesive. USE - Preparation of graphene-reinforced epoxy resin adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides graphene-reinforced epoxy resin adhesive having excellent bonding strength, hardness and elasticity, and high tensile strength, by simple method without affecting the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene stone powder prepared by chemical-redox method, is added to a container, and 98 %mass concentrated sulfuric acid is added. The container is then placed in an ice-water bath, stirred and the stirring speed is reduced. Potassium permanganate and sodium nitrate are added to the mixture and the container is placed in an ice bath for reaction, reacted at room temperature, placed at 35 degrees C in water bath and hydrogen peroxide is added until the color turns golden brown and no presence of the black substance, and viscous solution is obtained. The obtained viscous solution is centrifuged and precipitate is isolated. The precipitate is dissolved in more than 99.7% ethanol, and the resultant material is washed using ethanol 3-5 times. The obtained gel is subjected to ultrasonic peeling process for 4-6 hours to obtain graphene colloid. The obtained graphene colloid is added to an epoxy resin matrix, and the obtained dispersion is subjected to two-phase solvent extraction method, such that graphene dissolves in epoxy resin.
