NOVELTY - Epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive coating comprises 10-20% epoxy resin, 15-25% graphene oxide/black talc composite material, 30-50% zinc powder, 10-30% filler, 1-5% dispersant, and 15-25% solvent. USE - Epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive coating promotes dispersibility of the graphene composite material in the organic coating system, and has excellent anti-corrosion performance, stable storage and is not easy to cause precipitation phenomenon, where the process is simple and easy to industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive coating composite material, which involves: (A) adding graphene oxide to aqueous hydrochloric acid solution for ultrasonic dispersion; (B) adding ultrafine black talc powder under stirring for 0.5-5 hours to form a uniform and stable graphene oxide/black talc dispersion; (C) filtering, washing, drying and grinding to obtain graphene oxide/black talc composite material; (D) mixing graphene oxide/black talc composite material, epoxy resin, zinc powder, filler, dispersant, and solvent under stirring for 10-40 minutes; and (E) grinding the mixture to a fineness of 20-40 mu m to obtain the epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive coating containing graphene oxide/black talc composite material.
