NOVELTY - A graphene sheet comprises active carbon. USE - Graphene sheet is used as electrode material for super-capacitor, and fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - A graphene sheet has high specific surface area and mass specific capacitance, and is prepared without using large amount of chemical reagents, using simple process in short period of time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene sheet, which involves mixing oxidized graphene with an activating agent and a carbon-source substance, activating under the protection of a protective atmosphere and then cooling, washing and drying.
