NOVELTY - Preparing antifreeze silk fibroin conductive hydrogel comprises (i) taking the silkworm cocoon for degumming treatment, cleaning and drying to obtain silk fibroin, using water-ethanol-calcium chloride ternary system solution to bath heating and dissolving the dried silk fibroin, (ii) dissolving the dopamine in ultra-pure water, adjusting pH, adding graphene oxide to disperse, stirring uniformly to obtain PDA-prGO solution, adding dopamine and graphene oxide in ultrapure water during preparation (iii) dissolving the acrylamide in ultra-pure water, adding cross-linking agent to obtain acrylamide solution, adding regenerated silk fibroin solution, initiator and PDA-prGO solution, ultrasonically dispersing to mix uniformly, removing foam, adding the gel accelerant, pouring into the mold, gel hydrogel, acrylamide solution, regenerative silk fibroin solution, PDA-prGO solution three solutions and other volume mixing, preparing the acrylamide solution, adding acrylamide in ultra-pure water. USE - The antifreeze silk fibroin conductive hydrogel used in the preparation of flexible electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare antifreeze silk fibroin conductive hydrogel that has high tissue compatibility, new hot material of the wear-resistant sensor, and improved tissue compatibility and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing antifreeze silk fibroin conductive hydrogel comprises (i) taking the silkworm cocoon for degumming treatment, cleaning and drying to obtain silk fibroin, using water-ethanol-calcium chloride ternary system solution to bath heating and dissolving the dried silk fibroin, centrifuging to obtain supernatant is regenerated silk fibroin solution, the molar ratio of calcium chloride: absolute ethanol: deionized water in the water-ethanol-calcium chloride ternary system solution is 1: 1.5-2.5: 7.5-8.5, and the concentration of silk fibroin in the regenerated silk fibroin solution is 12-18 wt.%, (ii) dissolving the dopamine in ultra-pure water, adjusting pH to 11.0-12.0, adding graphene oxide to disperse, stirring uniformly to obtain PDA-prGO solution, adding 17-23 mg dopamine and 17-23 mg graphene oxide per 5ml of ultrapure water during preparation (iii) dissolving the acrylamide in ultra-pure water, adding cross-linking agent to obtain acrylamide solution, stirring and dissolving, adding regenerated silk fibroin solution, stirring, adding initiator, stirring, adding PDA-prGO solution, ultrasonically dispersing to mix uniformly, removing foam, adding the gel accelerant, pouring into the mold, gel hydrogel, acrylamide solution, regenerative silk fibroin solution, PDA-prGO solution three solutions and other volume mixing, preparing the acrylamide solution, adding 2.5-3.5 g acrylamide per 5 ml of ultra-pure water. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: an antifreeze silk fibroin conductive hydrogel is prepared by above method; and use of antifreeze silk fibroin conductive hydrogel in the preparation of flexible electronic devices.
