▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Detecting number of biomolecules comprises amplifying the biomolecules in the sample by rolling circle amplification (RCA) to obtain DNA nanospheres, using the electrochemical method to detect the current generated by the DNA nanospheres passing through the base layer with single channel, and calculating the number of amplified DNA nanospheres in the sample. USE - The method is useful for detecting number of biomolecules. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses RCA amplification to obtain DNA nanospheres of certain size; establishes pore matching the size of the DNA nanospheres; can finally be used to read the voltage pulse signal of the DNA nanosphere at the moment of passing through the hole; and realizes the specific identification of the biomolecule to be tested and the accurate statistics of its quantity.
