NOVELTY - Graphene woven carbon nanotube film comprises graphene and carbon nanotube film network, in which net-shaped carbon nanotube film is inserted in graphene. USE - Graphene woven carbon nanotube film used in photovoltaic application, preferably solar cells, more preferably nu -type monocrystalline silicon solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene woven carbon nanotube film is more stable, realizes graphene direct transfer, and avoids introduction of polymer in transfer process caused by graphene and graphene residual damage. It has better electrical conductivity, and produces silicon hetero-junction solar cell with higher conversion efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene woven carbon nanotube film by transferring net-shaped carbon nanotube thin film to copper foil surface; putting copper foil into tube furnace; growing graphene film under low voltage condition to obtain carbon nanotube woven network of graphene thin film composite structure; removing foil and putting into etching liquid to remove copper substrate and to obtain suspension of carbon nanotubes woven graphene film.
