NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene/nano silver composite powder involves (i) mixing nano silver powder with deionized water-ethanol solvent, dispersing uniformly, adding an amino group-containing silane coupling agent, heating, washing, and drying to obtain modified silver powder, (ii) dispersing graphene powder in water, adding alkaline substance, mixing with strong oxidant, ultrasonically processing, washing, and drying to obtain modified graphene, (iii) mixing modified silver powder with water to obtain solution (A), and mixing modified graphene with water to obtain solution (B). USE - Preparation of graphene/nano silver composite powder used in electronic paste (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of graphene/nano silver composite powder by simple process with excellent dispersibility, and doping uniformity, at low cost.
