▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of multi-layered graphene-supported titanium dioxide nanoparticles comprises adding expanded graphite into dimethylformamide (DMF) solvent, and ultrasonically oscillating to obtain multi-layer graphene DMF solution; and hydrolyzing tetrabutyl titanate to obtain titanium dioxide nano-colloid, adding to multi-layer graphene DMF solution, depositing to obtain multi-layer graphene-supported titanium dioxide nano-colloid, drying, heating, and drying. USE - Method for preparation of multi-layered graphene-supported titanium dioxide nanoparticles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanoparticles have titanium dioxide particle sizes of less than 20 nm which are uniformly distributed on graphene surface and provides a gap for further deposition of other oxide nanoparticles, good grain crystallization, small particle size, and specific surface area.
