▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Drug loaded nanohybrid comprises anucleated red blood cell (RBC) nanovesicle loaded with a drug or an imaging probe or a dye. USE - The drug loaded nanohybrid is useful in pharmaceutical composition (claimed) for imaging and killing cancer cells, and treating various cancer. ADVANTAGE - The drug loaded nanohybrid is highly reproducible, scalable and prepared in an easier manner, and has excellent stability, solubility, dispersibility, biocompatibility, theranostics efficacy, natural tendency for targeting and cell binding ability, and less toxicity, and exhibits excellent cytotoxicity against cancer cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the drug loaded nanohybrid, which involves (a) providing anucleated red blood cells and treating the red blood cells with a buffered saline followed by hypotonic treatment, (b) concentrating the red blood cells to obtain white colored nanoparticles, (c) adding either drug or imaging probe or dye into the nanoparticles, ultrasonically treating the solution, and (d) concentrating the solution to obtain drug loaded nanohybrid.
