NOVELTY - Polyurethane sole is divided into upper and lower two layers. The upper layer is a graphene conductive layer, and the lower layer is a polyurethane supporting layer. The polyurethane support layer comprises A component and B component. The A component comprises 70-75 pts. wt. Bifunctional polyether polyol, 2-4 pts. wt. tetrafunctional polyols, 10-12 pts. wt. tri-functional polymer polyol, 0.4-0.5 pts. wt. water, 6 pts. wt. glycerol, 2 pts. wt. 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxy benzophenone, 3-5 pts. wt. antistatic agent and B component comprises 110 pts. wt. MDI-polyester prepolymer. USE - Polyurethane sole. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane sole has non-toxicity, environmental protection, lightness and wear resistance, where human body generates static electricity into the earth, the negative ion is sent into the body of the earth, and thus plays the role of Chinese yin and yang balance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polyurethane sole , which involves: (A) preparing graphene conductive layer, where graphene conductive layer raw materials are added to the blender, uniformly mixed at 35-45 degrees C for 1-2 hours; (B) adjusting the mixer speed to 4000-4500r / min, stirring for 15-20s, pouring into the mold and preheating to 40-45 degrees C, demoulding to obtain graphene conductive layer; (C) preparing polyurethane support layer by adding B material MDI-polyester prepolymer to A material, mixed casting, and aging for 3-5min; and (D) preparing polyurethane sole with graphene composite material, where graphene conductive layer is glued to the polyurethane support layer and added to obtain graphene composite polyurethane sole.
