▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device has a graphene film quartz tuning fork (2) whose one end electrode is connected with a detecting circuit (2). An upper computer (5) is used to set the sine wave frequency scanning range of digital lock phase amplifier (4) and generates a sine-wave signal with periodically changing frequency in the scanning range. The digital lock-phase amplifier is used for performing phase-locked demodulation on the amplified piezoelectric signal. The upper computer is used for processing the piezolectric signal after the phase-lock demodulating to obtain the gas concentration of the gas to be detected. USE - Gas detecting device in industrial process and biomedicine field.
