NOVELTY - Preparing tung oil-based polyurethane-graphene oxide hybrid film comprises e.g. adding tung oil-based polyol and polyglycerol to reaction flask, stirring, adjusting pH to acidity, and vacuuming, closing the vacuum valve, filling the reaction flask with protective gas, adding diphenylmethane diisocyanate in a protective atmosphere, heating, adding anhydrous toluene, reducing the solid content of the reactant, cooling down, adding chain extender 1,4-butanediol, heating, increasing the temperature until the wire drawing phenomenon is completed, stopping reaction to obtain a tung oil-based polyurethane, dissolving the graphene oxide prepared by Hummer method into dimethylformamide, adding tung oil-based polyurethane, and stirring to obtain casting solution, and pouring the casting liquid into a polytetrafluoroethylene tray, drying, forming to obtain the tung oil-based polyurethane-graphene oxide hybrid film. USE - The preparing tung oil-based polyurethane-graphene oxide hybrid film is useful for adsorbing carbon dioxide (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing tung oil-based polyurethane-graphene oxide hybrid film comprises (1) adding tung oil-based polyol and polyglycerol to reaction flask, stirring, adjusting pH to acidity, and vacuuming at 110-130 degrees C for 1.5-3 hours, (2) closing the vacuum valve, filling the reaction flask with protective gas, adding diphenylmethane diisocyanate at a temperature of 70 plus minus 5 degrees C in a protective atmosphere, heating at 80 plus minus 5 degrees C for 1.5-3 hours, adding anhydrous toluene, reducing the solid content of the reactant to 40%, cooling down to 60 plus minus 5 degrees C, adding chain extender 1,4-butanediol, heating at 70 plus minus 5 degrees C for 0.5-1 hours, heating at 80 plus minus 5 degrees C for 2-2.5 hours, increasing the temperature to 90 plus minus 5 degrees C until the wire drawing phenomenon is completed, stopping reaction to obtain a tung oil-based polyurethane, (3) dissolving the graphene oxide prepared by Hummer method into dimethylformamide for at least 8 hours, adding tung oil-based polyurethane, and stirring for more than 12 hours to obtain casting solution, and (4) pouring the casting liquid into a polytetrafluoroethylene tray, drying, forming to obtain the tung oil-based polyurethane-graphene oxide hybrid film.
