NOVELTY - Wear-resistant reinforced modified titanium dioxide comprises 85-90 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 3-4 pts. wt. silicon micro powder, 2.5-3 pts. wt. nano zirconium carbide, 4-6 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 4.5-5.5 pts. wt. isotactic polypropylene, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 2-3 pts. wt. crushed pomegranate rind, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. reduced iron powder, and 2-3 pts. wt. modified silicon dioxide. USE - The wear-resistant reinforced modified titanium dioxide is useful in coating, printing ink, engineering plastic and rubber. ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant reinforced modified titanium dioxide has high molecular weight and improved strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Wear-resistant reinforced modified titanium dioxide comprises 85-90 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 3-4 pts. wt. silicon micro powder, 2.5-3 pts. wt. nano zirconium carbide, 4-6 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 4.5-5.5 pts. wt. isotactic polypropylene, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 2-3 pts. wt. crushed pomegranate rind, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. reduced iron powder, and 2-3 pts. wt. modified silicon dioxide. The modified silicon dioxide comprises 55-60 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 4-6 pts. wt. nano jade powder, 5-7 pts. wt. corundum powder, 1-2 pts. wt. glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 1-2 pts. wt. nano barium sulfate, 3-4 pts. wt. poly (ethylene-co-acrylic acid), 3-5 pts. wt. dimethyl fumarate, 2-4 pts. wt. cobalt naphthenate, and 50-60 pts. wt. water. The modified silicon dioxide is prepared by adding nano silicon dioxide, nano jade powder, glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, nano barium sulfate, uniformly stirring with water, then adding corundum, poly (ethylene-co-acrylic acid), dimethyl fumarate, heating at 130-150 degrees C, mixing for 25-35 minutes, cooling to room temperature, then adding the remaining materials at 1200-1500 degrees C and stirring for 1-2 hours, drying at 60-70 degrees C, and grinding. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing wear-resistant reinforced modified titanium dioxide comprising (1)uniformly mixing nano titanium dioxide, silicon nano powder, zirconium carbide nano powder, graphene, crushed pomegranate rind and reduced iron powder, grinding at rotating speed of 1500-2000 revolutions per minute for 15-20 minutes, and grinding into fine particles to obtain the mix powder, (2) adding polyurethane resin into mix material, increasing the temperature to 80-90 degrees C, adding isotactic polypropylene, continuously raising the temperature to 130-160 degrees C, heat preserving for 15-20 minutes, and spray drying to obtain the glue powder, (3) uniformly mixing the mix powder and glue powder, adding zinc stearate and water, uniformly stirring at 80 degrees C for 1-2 hours, then continuously grinding for 20-30 minutes, and forming suspension, and (4) mixing the suspension and modified silicon dioxide, stirring at 800-1000 revolutions per minute for 10-15 minutes, drying, and grinding.
