▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Ethylenediamine graft modified magnetic graphene oxide adsorbent is claimed. The adsorbent is composed of graphene oxide matrix, and the substrate is loaded with magnetic ferrite nanoparticles and is modified by ethylenediamine grafting. USE - The adsorbent is useful for removing hexavalent chromium in wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method (use method of adsorbent) improves the adsorption capacity, low cost, simple operation and easy to carry out, and heavy metal pollution in the waste water treatment provides a new pathway. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of ethylenediamine graft modified magnetic graphene oxide adsorbent comprising (i) dissolving 3-9 g graphite powder, 3-9 g sodium nitrate, 25-35 g potassium permanganate in ultrapure water, and adding into the reaction vessel, adding 400-600 ml ultrapure water, keeping he reaction temperature at 190-220 revolutions per minute and 0-10 degrees C for 4 hours and reacting under ice for 20 minutes, removing the ice and adding tap water, heating, adjusting the temperature to 25-45 degrees C for 2 hours, adding 300-600 ml ultrapure water into the reaction, reacting for 1 hours, adding 1000 ml ultrapure water (adding while stirring), then adding 30-50 ml hydrogen peroxide in the reactor for 1-3 hours, (ii) adding 3-9 g pre-oxidized graphite powder, 3-9 g sodium nitrate, 20-40 g potassium permanganate into reaction vessel, then adding 200-300 ml 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, then reacting at 0 degrees C for 2-5 hours, adjusting the speed of 200-250 revolutions per minute, adding ice to the reaction unit for every 20 minutes, reacting for 4 hours, removing all ice, adding water and adjusting the temperature to 25-40 degrees C for 2 hours, adding 400-600 ml ultrapure water, reacting at 80-100 degrees C for 1 hours, adding 1000 ml ultrapure water, then adding 40 ml concentrated hydrogen peroxide, reacting for 2 hours, washing with ultrapure water until the neutral graphene oxide into the ultrasound system, adjusting the temperature of 40-60 degrees C, and ultrasonic dispersion for 2 hours and washing with pure water, (iii) dissolving 10-20 g iron(III) chloride hexahydrate and 5-10 g iron(II) sulfate heptahydrate in 100ml ultrapure water beaker, placing graphene oxide in the reaction apparatus, than adding the solution, adding 500 ml graphene oxide, stirring for 2 minutes, reacting at 80-100 degrees C, and ata speed of 400-500 revolutions per minute, quickly adding 80-120 g/l sodium hydroxide (need to prepare well in advance, 250 ml), adjusting the solution pH to 7-12, adding 20-30 g sodium hydroxide in 250 ml beaker with a rubber stopper, continuing stirring for 45 minutes, stirring at 450-500 revolutions per minute, waiting and cooling, only before cleaning and washing equipment, installing in 200 ml beaker, adding ultra pure water, and washing with pure water until neutral, and (iv) taking assembling the instrument, adding condenser (down into the), water flow smaller, and the magnetic graphene stir, taking 80-120 ml magnetic graphene oxide in the reaction apparatus, and adding 1000-1500 ml ultrapure water, adding 3 ml ammonia to 100 ml magnetic graphene oxide suspension, stirring for 5 minutes, adjusting the speed of 200-300 revolutions per minute, reacting at room temperature, quickly adding 10-15 ml ethylenediamine, stirring for 10 minutes and then heating at 80-100 degrees C for 6 hours, and transferring into a beaker and washing with ultrapure water until neutral to obtain final product; and (2) use of ethylenediamine graft modified magnetic graphene oxide adsorbent for removing hexavalent chromium in wastewater.
